About Me

I am an Professional Certified Coach and founder and President of Business Energetix, a Business Success Coaching and Consulting firm supporting executives, business owners and professionals in business innovation, growth and expansion. Marti partners with business leaders to build on their strengths and to take both the business and the leader to the next level of performance.

I bring to my Business Coaching practice more than 25 years of experience as a business executive and leader. I have worked with companies ranging from small start-up to a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded corporation. My proven business skills include marketing, strategic planning, communications, operations, quality improvement, client services, new product development, consulting and training.

I earned my MBA from San Jose State University and won the College of Business award for
Outstanding Comprehensive Project that year. I have also earned the Certified Professional Coach certification from the Academy for Coach Training and hold the Associate Certified Coach credential awarded by the International Coach Federation.
